wholly or partly sentence in Hindi

If the written statement admits wholly or partly the claim as made in the plaint , a decree on admission can immediately be passed ; otherwise , the court has to determine the issue or points of dispute between the parties .
अगर लिखित कथन में वाद में उल्लिखित दावे को पूर्णत : अथवा अंशत : स्वीकार कर लिया जाता है तो वाद ग्रहण करते समय तत्काल डिक्री पारित की जा सकती है ; अन्यथा न्यायालय को वादग्रस्त पक्षों के बीच विवाद्यक अर्थात विवादित बातों का अवधारण करना पड़ता है .
